Returns and Refunds Policy – LittleMiracle

At LittleMiracle, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 90-day warranty from the delivery date of your order.

Returns and Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following condition:
The product is defective, damaged, or does not function as intended.

To be eligible:
The issue must be reported within 90 days of delivery.
The product must have been used under normal conditions.
Proof of purchase is required.

We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind.
Personal preferences (for example, “I didn’t like it”).
Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the functionality of the product.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at vefelia@gmail.com and include:
Your order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Photo or video evidence showing the defect.

Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions for completing the return.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Problematic Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product arrives defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the situation quickly.

Exchanges and Replacements
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your product qualifies for a return due to a defect, you may request:
A replacement product, or
A refund (where applicable).

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without having to give any reason.

To be eligible:
The product must be unused.
It must be in its original packaging.
It must include proof of purchase.

Exception: Returns of non-defective products may be subject to review and approval in accordance with our policy.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time is up to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Notice About Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Customs processing.
Delays by the shipping carrier.
High demand during special seasons.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
