Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that these times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Delays
Although we do our best to ensure on-time deliveries, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
– Customs clearance processes
– Delays by the shipping carrier
– Adverse weather conditions
– High demand during special seasons
– Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

LittleMiracle is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is correct and complete.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to guarantee delivery or offer a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LittleMiracle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier directly for assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
